Red Pulley provides 10 designated paid holidays each year to regular full-time employees.

Unlimited Vacation
Personal Leave: For employees who average 30 hours per week or more, we have unlimited vacation and sick days to ensure that you have a healthy work and life balance. Unlimited leave does not mean undefined or random days off without notice; just unmetered. Red Pulley recognizes the importance of colleagues’ having the opportunity to have leisure time and attend to non-work matters. Therefore, the company will attempt to grant all exempt colleagues vacation leave at the time they desire to take it. However, Red Pulley must always maintain adequate staffing. Therefore, vacations must be scheduled in advance and with the prior written approval of the employee’s manager.

Religious Holidays
Red Pulley’s policy allows its employees the flexibility to observe religious holidays. Red Pulley will not favor the celebration of any religious holiday. Holidays observed by the company reflect those observed by the Federal Government. Employees who intend to observe a religious holiday can have any hours taken managed in one of the following ways: a) Leave without pay for the hours taken b) Make up hours missed within the same pay period c) Use vacation hours available at the time.

Work with your team to determine a set of hours that enables you to be at your creative peak. Sitting in rush hour traffic is no one’s idea of dun, so we will work with you to establish core hours to maintain a work and life balance.
