Red Pulley is a Small Business prime contract holder of Information Warfare Research Project (IWRP).
Red Pulley is currently participating as an active member of ATI -IWRP consortium, supporting the Other Transactional Authority (OTA) Agreements that were created between the Consortiums and the Government to meet the Government’s need for rapid acquisition. The Information Warfare Research Project (IWRP) Other Transaction Authority (OTA) identifies critical information warfare challenges and develops prototype technologies to mitigate threats

IWRP engages industry and academia to develop and mature technologies in the field of Information Warfare that enhance Navy and Marine Corps mission effectiveness, focusing on underlying technologies that advance information warfare capabilities through a consortium that can support research, development and prototyping. IWRP identifies critical information warfare challenges and develops prototype technologies to mitigate threats. IWRP is a team of industry leaders, innovative small companies and academia collaborating to develop Information Warfare technologies. IWRP develops technology prototypes in response to rapidly evolving and emerging Information Warfare requirements for the advancement of technologies to the warfighter. IWRP enables rapid research, access to innovative commercial solutions for defense requirements, and innovations from industry, academia and non-traditional contractors.
